Adani Ent, Adani Power arms set up subsidiaries for infra, nuclear power

MUMBAI – Adani Enterprises Ltd. Saturday said its subsidiaries have incorporated three subsidiaries to construct civil infrastructure near its airports. Adani Enterprises' step-down wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Airport City Ltd. incorporated three wholly-owned subsidiaries on Apr. 6 – Adani Navi Mumbai Airport City Ltd., Adani Guwahati Airport City Ltd., and Adani Ahmedabad Airport City Ltd. – with an investment of INR 1 million each. All three newly incorporated subsidiaries will construct hotels.
Separately, Adani Power Ltd. in a filing with the stock exchanges on Sunday said its wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Atomic Energy Ltd. has
incorporated Coastal-Maha Atomic Energy Ltd. Incorporated with an investment of INR 500,000, it will generate, transmit, and distribute power derived from nuclear energy.
At 1020 IST, shares of Adani Enterprises were 0.8% higher at INR 2,235.30 on the National Stock Exchange. For the December quarter, Adani Enterprises reported consolidated net profit of INR 56.27 billion on a revenue of INR 248.20 billion. End
