NEW DELHI – DCB Bank's board will meet on Apr. 24 to consider raising funds by issuing debt securities and equity shares through qualified institutional placement, the lender informed the exchanges Thursday. The board will also consider and approve the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended Mar. 31.
The board will consider raising funds by "issuance of debt securities including unsecured redeemable non-convertible subordinated Basel III compliant Tier II Bonds by way of private placement", DCB Bank said.
For the December quarter, DCB Bank had posted a net profit of INR 1.85 billion, up 22% on year, and a total income of INR 20.82 billion. Its shares closed slightly lower Thursday at INR 188.02 on the National Stock Exchange. End
