--PTC India makes Manoj Kumar Jhawar as MD, CEO from CMD earlier
NEW DELHI – PTC India Ltd. Wednesday appointed Manoj Kumar Jhawar as managing director and chief executive officer of the company from his earlier position as chairman and managing director, the company said in an exchange filing. Jhawar was appointed chairman and managing director with effect from May 13, 2025, till the date of his retirement on completing 60 years of age on Aug. 19, 2028.
Jhawar will act as the managing director and chief executive officer for the remainder of his existing term, on the same terms and conditions of appointment and remuneration as approved in the annual general meeting on Aug. 8, the company added. Jhawar will be liable to retire by rotation, according to the company.
For the December quarter, on a consolidated basis, PTC India had reported a net profit of INR 1.14 billion on a revenue of INR 34.05 billion. At 1413 IST, its shares were up more than 3% at INR 175.44 on the National Stock Exchange. End
