Godrej Prop Q4 booking value growth flat on year, FY26 booking value up 16%

MUMBAI – Godrej Properties Ltd. Friday said its booking value for the March quarter was INR 101.63 billion, unchanged from the year-ago quarter. This took the full-year booking value to INR 341.71 billion, a rise of 16% from 2024-25 (Apr-Mar), according to an exchange filing.

 

The company sold 4,791 units during the March quarter and 17,515 units in FY26, up 5% from FY25. The majority of the company's sales in FY26 came from four geographies – the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Bengaluru, the National Capital Region, and Pune. 

 

The company's collections for the March quarter were at INR 79.47 billion, up 14% on year. For FY26, collections were at INR 199.65 billion, up 17% on year. 

 

"Our business development additions with a future booking value potential of over INR 42,000 crore in FY2026 will ensure that we continue to have a strong launch pipeline in the years ahead...," the company said in the filing. "We remain focused on building on this momentum in FY2027 through excellence in design, construction quality, timely delivery, sustainability, and innovation."

 

On Thursday, shares of Godrej Properties closed slightly lower at INR 1,695.50 apiece on the National Stock Exchange. For the December quarter, the company reported a consolidated net profit of INR 1.95 billion on revenue of INR 4.98 billion.  End
