MUMBAI – Sammaan Capital Ltd. late Tuesday approved a plan to buy back up to $45 million of senior secured social bonds, which have a coupon rate of 7.5%. The company will buy back the bonds, which are due in 2030, through a tender offer that begins Wednesday.

 

The company will offer $1,000 for each bond and the early deadline to tender the bonds is Apr. 20. The company will announce the final results of the tender offer on May 6 and the final payment will be made on May 7.

 

For the December quarter, Sammaan Capital had reported consolidated net profit of INR 3.14 billion on revenue of INR 21.58 billion. Tuesday, shares of the company closed at INR 145.18 on the National Stock Exchange, down 1.5%.  End
