MUMBAI – The board of Life Insurance Corp. of India will meet Monday to consider and recommend issuing bonus shares to shareholders, the insurer told exchanges Tuesday.
For the quarter ended December, LIC reported a net profit of INR 129.58 billion on net premium income of INR 1.26 trillion. Tuesday, the state-owned company's shares ended 0.2% lower at INR 743.20 on the National Stock Exchange. End
