MUMBAI – Lodha Developers Ltd. Tuesday said it has achieved its "best ever" quarterly pre-sales of INR 58.9 billion in the March quarter, an improvemnet of 23% from the year-ago period. For the full year 2025-26 (Apr-Mar), the real estate developer saw pre-sales of INR 205.3 billion, up 16% on year. This was, however, below the INR 210 billion pre-sales guided by the company for the full year, mainly due to select deferral of sales in March following the war in West Asia, Lodha Developers said in an exchange filing.
The company's collections for the quarter grew 18% on year to INR 52.3 billion led by a ramp-up in construction activity during the quarter. Its collections for FY26 grew 5% on year to INR 151.6 billion. During the March quarter, the company added one project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with a gross development value of INR 13 billion. In FY26, the company added 12 projects across
Mumbai Metropolitan Region, Pune, Bengaluru, and the National Capital Region, with a gross development value of around INR 2 trillion.
During the March quarter, Lodha Developers' net debt fell to INR 53.7 billion on the back of strong collections. Despite significant investment in business development in FY26, the net debt to equity stands at 0.23 times, well below its ceiling of 0.5 times, the company said.
For the December quarter, Lodha Developers had reported a consolidated net profit of INR 9.57 billion on a revenue of INR 46.73 billion. Monday, shares of Lodha Developers ended over 2% higher at INR 710.25 on the National Stock Exchange. End
