Coforge promotes Sunil Fernandes to COO position with immediate effect

--Sunil Fernandes takes charge as Coforge COO from Monday
MUMBAI – Coforge Ltd. Monday said it has promoted Sunil Fernandes to the position of chief operating officer of the company. Fernandes will now oversee admin, facilities, and internal information technolgy services, while he will continue to head global delivery. He has served as the company's chief delivery officer since 2024.
At 1116 IST, shares of Coforge traded slightly higher at INR 1,222.50 apiece on the National Stock Exchange. For the quarter ended December, the company reported consolidated net profit of INR 2.50 billion on revenue of INR 41.88 billion. End
