MUMBAI – FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd., which operates its business under the Nykaa brand, Monday said its consolidated net revenue growth on year for the March quarter is expected to be in the late twenties, which would be the highest growth in the past 12 quarters. "This strong performance came on the back of acceleration in fashion vertical along with sustained strong performance of beauty vertical," the company said in an exchange filing.
The company's consolidated gross merchandise value growth and net sales value growth for Jan-Mar are expected to be in late twenties and early thirties, respectively.
The company's consolidated net sales value growth for financial year 2025-2026 (Apr-Mar) is expected to improve to the late twenties, up from the mid-twenties growth seen in the past two years. The company's net revenue for FY26 is expected to rise to the upper end of mid-twenties, the company said, adding that it reflects consistently healthy performance across all verticals.
The company said the steady growth in its fashion vertical since the start of FY26 is expected to strengthen in the March quarter, with gross merchandise value growth expected in the late twenties and net sales value growth tracking ahead in the early forties. It attributed this performance to the enhanced momentum in its platform business, including funnel improvement and robust customer acquisition.
Further, a richer brand assortment such as the partnership with Nike "showed early traction and the Pink Love Sale delivered a solid outcome along with an uptick in marketing income," the company said. Consequently, the fashion vertical's net revenue growth improved to the late thirties, up sharply from previous quarters, it added.
FSN E-Commerce's beauty products vertical is expected to deliver net revenue, gross merchandise value, and net sales value growth of the late twenties, with the growth in net sales value expected to slightly outpace that in net revenue and gross merchandise value. The conversion of the company's gross merchandise value to net sales value has improved meaningfully, due to funnel improvement across businesses with its omnichannel performance remaining strong, the company said in its filing.
The company added a record number of stores to its retail network in the March quarter with 26 new store openings and integrations with 11 Kiehl's stores. With these additions, the company's total store count stands at 313 as on Mar. 31.
Further, the company said there had been no material impact this quarter from the developments in West Asia as its exposure to the market is currently below 1% of its overall revenue, given that the business is in its early stages.
At 1218 IST, shares of the company were trading nearly 2% higher at INR 251.70 on the National Stock Exchange. For the December quarter, FSN E-Commerce had reported a consolidated net profit of INR 633.10 million on revenues of INR 28.73 billion. End
