MUMBAI – Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Ltd.'s gross loan portfolio fell 1.7% on year to INR 193.33 billion as on Mar. 31. The bank's total deposits were at INR 216.54 billion, up 0.4% on year, according to provisional figures released by the bank Saturday.

 

The bank's ratio of current account and savings account deposits to its total deposits ratio was 24% as on Mar. 31, up from 21.9% a quarter ago. The bank had disbursed loans of INR 42.07 billion in the quarter ended March, up 30% on year. 

 

At 0935 IST, shares of Utkarsh Small Finance Bank were up marginally at INR 11.76 apiece on the National Stock Exchange. For the quarter ended December, the bank reported net loss of INR 3.75 billion on total income of INR 9.02 billion.  End
