Prestige Estates launches 5,120-unit residential project in Hyderabad

MUMBAI – Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. said Friday that the group has launched Prestige Golden Grove, a 5,120-unit residential project in Tellapur, Hyderabad with a total saleable area of around 10.36 million square feet. The gross development value is estimated at over INR 95 billion.
The project offers a wide range of configurations, including two-, three-, 3.5-, and four-bedroom houses, along with four-bedroom residences with staff accommodation, the company said in an exchange filing. The residences are sized from 1,169 square feet to 3,013 square feet, with ticket sizes approximately ranging between INR 10 million and INR 30 million, it said.
For the quarter ended December, the company reported a consolidated net profit of INR 2.23 billion on revenues of INR 38.73 billion. Thursday, the company's shares ended 0.62% higher at INR 1,152 on the National Stock Exchange. End
