--Aster DM Healthcare to pay INR 3 per share interim dividend
MUMBAI – Aster DM Healthcare Ltd. Thursday announced interim dividend of INR 3 per share for 2025-26 (Apr-Mar). The record date for the dividend has been set at Apr. 3, and it will be paid to shareholders within 30 days from declaration, the company said in an exchange filing.
The interim dividend will be paid after deducting tax at source. The company requested members to submit the documents needed on or before Apr. 6 to decide the appropriate rate of tax deducted at source.
Aster DM Healthcare reported a consolidated net profit of INR 524.50 million on consolidated revenue of INR 11.86 billion for the quarter ended December. Shares of the company closed nearly 3% higher Wednesday at INR 652 on the National Stock Exchange. End
