--Manappuram Finance board to meet on Mon to consider FY27 borrowing plan
MUMBAI – Manappuram Finance Ltd. Tuesday said its board would meet on Monday to discuss the company's borrowing plan for 2026-27 (Apr-Mar). The borrowing plan will include raising funds through non-convertible debentures, notes, bonds, and other debt securities in the onshore or offshore markets, the company said in a filing with exchanges.
For the December quarter, Manappuram Finance reported a consolidated net profit of INR 2.41 billion and revenue of INR 23.53 billion. Shares of the company closed marginally higher on Tuesday at INR 252.65 on the National Stock Exchange. End
