MUMBAI – Housing and Urban Development Corp. Ltd. Monday declared an interim dividend of INR 1.25 per share for the financial year 2025-26 (Apr-Mar) and set Saturday as the record date. The board of the company also approved a plan to borrow up to INR 700 billion in FY27 through loans, bonds, debentures, commercial papers, and borrowings from banks in equivalent foreign currency, HUDCO said in an exchange filing.
At 1523 IST, shares of HUDCO traded at 165.20 on the National Stock Exchange, down more than 4%. For the December quarter, the company had reported a net profit of INR 7.13 billion on revenues of INR 34.31 billion. End
