--LTM: Corp affairs min OKs renaming LTIMindtree as LTM
NEW DELHI – LTIMindtree Ltd. said it has received a fresh certificate of incorporation from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and accordingly the name of the company has changed to LTM Ltd., effective Tuesday.
The company had earlier secured shareholders' approval for the name change and the corresponding amendments to its memorandum and articles of association, it said in an exchange filing. The name change does not affect the rights and liabilities of stakeholders, as per the certificate issued by the Registrar of Companies.
For the December quarter, the company had reported consolidated net profit of INR 9.71 billion on consolidated revenue of INR 107.81 billion. Tuesday, shares of the company ended at INR 4,189.20 on the National Stock Exchange, down 0.4%. End
