--Hexaware Tech launches AI platform Agentverse for business, tech functions 

MUMBAI – Hexaware Technologies Ltd. Tuesday said it has launched an artificial intelligence-driven enterprise platform named Agentverse. The platform has over 600 ready-to-deploy AI agents meant to assist businesses in operationalising agentic AI across their business and technology functions.

Agentverse comes with in-built governance abilities to ensure security and compliance, Hexaware Technologies said in an exchange filing. The AI-driven platform works across customer experience, financial services, manufacturing, retail, and enterprise operations, it added.

The company said Agentverse can improve the operational efficiency of organisations, providing 40-60% productivity gains in knowledge and service workflows, 60-80% faster responses across digital channels, 20–35% improvement in customer or user satisfaction, and 20–50% cost reduction through automation and right-sourcing.

For the December quarter, Hexaware Technologies had, on a consolidated basis, reported a net profit of INR 2.92 billion on a revenue of INR 34.78 billion. Its shares closed 2.4% lower Tuesday at INR 407 on the National Stock Exchange.  End
