--Quess Corp appoints Lohit Bhatia as group CEO effective Jun 1
NEW DELHI – Quess Corp Ltd. Monday said its board has approved the re-designation and appointment of Lohit Bhatia as a whole-time director designated as the executive director and group chief executive officer for a period of three years with effect from Jun. 1. The board has also approved the resignation of Guruprasad Srinivasan from the position of executive director with effect from the close of business hours on May 31.
For the December quarter, the company had reported net profit of INR 549.82 million and revenues of INR 39.30 billion. Monday, shares of the company closed at INR 175.19 on the National Stock Exchange, down 3.6%. End
