--CRISIL assigns AA+ rating to Ramco Cements NCDs worth INR 5 bln
MUMBAI – The Ramco Cements Ltd. Monday said CRISIL Ratings Ltd. had assigned an 'AA+' rating to the company's non-convertible debentures worth INR 5 billion, with a stable outlook. The ratings agency also reafirmed an 'A1+' rating on commercial paper of Ramco Cements worth INR 9 billion, the company said in an exchange filing.
For the December quarter, Ramco Cements had reported net profit of INR 3.87 billion on revenues of INR 21.01 billion. At 1252 IST, shares of the company traded at INR 949.90 on the National Stock Exchange, down nearly 3%. End
