NCLT OKs amalgamation of wholly-owned entities of India Cements into co

NEW DELHI – India Cements Ltd. Friday said the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai, has approved the amalgamation of its subsidiaries ICL Financial Services Ltd., ICL International Ltd., ICL Securities Ltd., and India Cements Infrastructures Ltd., with the company in an order on Monday. The company will file the same with the Registrar of Companies, Chennai, under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to make the scheme effective, India Cements said.
For the December quarter, the company reported net loss of INR 57.2 million and revenue of INR 11.14 billion. At 1225 IST, shares of India Cements traded more than 2% lower at INR 357.95 on the National Stock Exchange. End
