Brigade Group launches 25-acre industrial park in north Bengaluru

MUMBAI – Brigade Enterprises Ltd. said on Monday that the group has launched a 25-acre industrial park in Devanahalli, north Bengaluru, with around 2 million sq ft of leasable space. This is the group's foray into the industrial real estate business.
The industrial park will cater to sectors such as aerospace, defence, information technology, and data centres, the company said in an exchange filing.
For the quarter ended December, the company reported a consolidated net profit of INR 1.87 billion on revenues of INR 15.75 billion. Monday, the company's shares ended 1.3% higher at INR 671.45 on the National Stock Exchange. End
