MUMBAI – The Securities and Exchange Board of India has asked Force Motors Ltd. to provide details about the company's December quarter and Apr-Dec earnings for 2023-24 (Apr-Mar), which the company had reported on Feb. 12, 2024. SEBI has also sought details about stock price movement between Feb. 12 and Feb. 20, 2024.
Shares of Force Motors declined sharply after the company reported the news. Later, it came off lows and at 1510 IST, its shares were up 1.5% to INR 21,775 on the National Stock Exchange. During the quarter ended December 2025, the company had reported a net profit of INR 4.03 billion on a revenue of INR 21.28 billion. End
