Cyient gets NCLT nod for liquidation process of Infotech HAL

NEW DELHI – Cyient Ltd. Wednesday said the Bengaluru bench of the National Company Law Tribunal has ordered the commencement of the liquidation process of its partially-owned subsidiary Infotech HAL Ltd. The bench has appointed Vasudevan Gopu as the liquidator for the process, the company said in an exchange filing.
Infotech HAL is a 50:50 joint venture between Cyient and Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd.
Wednesday, shares of Cyient closed at INR 882.25, down nearly 2%. For the December quarter, Cyient had reported a consolidated net profit of INR 918 million on revenues of INR 18.49 billion. End
