--Gland Pharma CEO Shyamakant Giri resigns with effect from Apr 30
MUMBAI - Gland Pharma Ltd. Wednesday said Shyamakant Giri has resigned as the company's chief executive officer. His last working day will be Apr. 30. Giri resigned from the post on Feb. 24 to pursue new opportunities.
For the December quarter, Gland Pharma had reported a consolidated net profit of INR 2.61 billion on a revenue of INR 16.95 billion. Monday, its shares had ended 1.5% lower at INR 1,794.80 on the National Stock Exchange. The stock markets were shut Tuesday for Holi. End
