Coforge gets contract from VHC Health for digital infra transformation

MUMBAI - Coforge Ltd. Thursday said it got a contract to transform digital infrastructure of American medical care provider VHC Health. Coforge will act as VHC Health's digital and information technology services provider, the IT company said in a press release.
The company will update VHC Health's infrastructure, cloud, digital workplace, and cybersecurity services. It will also help VHC to migrate to Amazon Web Services cloud platform, transform the network, and strengthen overall cyber resilience.
The transformation will implement IT service management processes using ServiceNow, followed by the deployment of Coforge's artificial intelligence-driven EvolveOps.AI and SecureOps solutions to enhance service availability, operational resilience, and security. It will also create a resilient and hybrid delivery model tailored for the needs of healthcare providers.
"Healthcare is a key growth engine for Coforge...This engagement reinforces Coforge's strength in modernizing core digital foundations while delivering AI-infused transformation at enterprise scale, combining digital native velocity with the rigor and reliability that healthcare systems demand," Coforge's Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Sudhir Singh said in the press release.
For the December quarter, Coforge reported a consoldidated net profit of INR 2.50 billion on a revenue of INR 41.88 billion. At 1136 IST, shares of the company traded at INR 1,215.90 on the National Stock Exchange, up marginally. End
