Promoter sells 1.5% stake in Aditya Infotech, Dixon Tech sells 3.8%

MUMBAI – Dixon Technologies (India) Ltd. sold 3.8% stake in Aditya Infotech Ltd. in 11 block deals worth INR 6.61 billion on the BSE. Further, Aditya Infotech's promoter Hari Khemka Business Family Trust sold 1.5% stake in a bulk deal of INR 2.60 billion. At the end of December quarter, Dixon Tech had a 6.1% stake in Aditya Infotech and Hari Khemka Trust had 16.5% stake.
At the same time, Kotak Mutual Fund bought 1.7% stake in Aditya Infotech and Motilal Oswal Mutal Fund bought 1.6% stake. Among others, Axis Mutual Fund, HDFC Life Insurance Co., Whiteoak Capital Mutual Fund, 360 One Mutual Fund, Invesco Mutual Fund, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority Stable, and Kedaara Capital Public Markets Fund bought 0.1-0.2% stake each.
