MUMBAI – Intellect Design Arena Ltd., in partnership with software company IDCUBE, announced the launch of a collaborative artificial intelligence environment, Enterprise Security TeamSpace, to bring agentic AI into physical security and enterprise operations. The platform, built on Purple Fabric, extends governed, domain-trained agentic AI into the physical security and enterprise operations domain, Intellect Design said in an exchange filing Monday. 

 

Enterprise Security TeamSpace integrates IDCUBE's AI-driven access control capabilities with Purple Fabric's collaborative AI architecture to enable organisations to convert fragmented access, visitor, and occupancy signals into measurable business impact. The platform is a unified, governed environment where security, facilities, information technology, and operations leaders can deploy domain-trained AI agents, analyse behavioural patterns, evaluate risk continuously, and design workflows with compliance built in from day one.

 

Intellect Design had reported, on a consolidated basis, a net profit of INR 284.48 million for the December quarter on a revenue of INR 7.31 billion. At 1427 IST, shares of the company were down marginally at INR 701.55 on the National Stock Exchange.  End
