MUMBAI – Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Ltd. Friday said it has appointed Ankit Shah as the chief financial officer of the company with immediate effect. This follows the resignation of S. Ramachandra Reddy Friday from the post. The company has also approved the appointment of Venkata Siva Rama Raju Vegesna as chief operating officer and Sai Prasad the chief technology officer of the company. Both the appointments will come into effect immediately.
For the December quarter, Vijaya Diagnostic reported a consolidated net profit of INR 431.75 million on revenues of INR 2.05 billion. Friday, shares of the company ended at INR 988.05 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, down nearly 1% from the previous close. End
