MUMBAI - Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.'s net profit for the December quarter rose nearly 4% on year to INR 37.94 billion but was lower than analysts' estimate of INR 46.55 billion. The automobile major's revenue for the quarter surged almost 29% from a year ago to INR 498.92 billion.
