AWL Agri Business arm files application to strike name from RoC

MUMBAI – AWL Agri Business Ltd. Tuesday said its wholly-owned subsidiary, AWL Edible Oils and Foods Pvt. Ltd., has filed an application with the Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, to strike off its name from the records of the registrar. The strike-off is expected to be completed within six months, AWL Agri Business said in an exchange filing. As of Mar. 31, AWL Edible Oils and Foods had a net worth of INR 680,919.
For the September quarter, AWL Agri Business had reported a consolidated net profit of INR 2.45 billion on a revenue of INR 176.05 billion. Tuesday, shares of the company ended nearly 0.7% lower at INR 207.59 on the National Stock Exchange. End
