NEW DELHI – Info Edge (India) Ltd.'s standalone billings in the December quarter rose 11.8% on year to INR 7.47 billion, the company said in an exchange filing Wednesday. According to the segment-wise breakup, billings in the recruitment solutions business grew 11% on year to INR 5.48 billion in Oct-Dec and those in the real estate business improved 14.4% on year to INR 1.17 billion.
For the nine months ended Dec. 31, the company's overall standalone billings stood at INR 21.20 billion, up from INR 18.98 billion in the corresponding period a year ago. In the recruitment solutions business of the company, billings grew 10.3% on year to INR 15.64 billion in Apr-Dec while the smaller real estate business registered almost 15% on-year growth in billings to INR 3.34 billion in the same period.
Info Edge had reported a net profit of INR 47.20 billion for the September quarter, including a one-time gain of INR 52 billion. Its revenue for the quarter was INR 7.46 billion. At 1309 IST, shares of the company were trading 2% higher on the National Stock Exchange at INR 1,362.60. End
