Hexaware Tech arm gets OK to merge two subsidiaries in US

HYDERABAD - Hexaware Technologies Ltd. has received approval from the New Jersey Division of Revenue for the merger of two wholly-owned step-down subsidiaries--Mobiquity Velocity Solutions Inc. and Mobiquity Inc.--into Hexaware Technologies, Inc, also a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The merger will be effective Jan. 1., the company said in an exchange filing.

 

While Mobiquity Inc. has a revenue of $40 million, Mobiquity Velocity Solutions has no revenue, the company said. Both companies are engaged in the business of providing mobile technology solutions and end-to-end omnichannel digital consulting services.

 

For the September quarter, Hexaware Technologies had, on a consolidated basis, reported a net profit of INR 3.70 billion on a revenue of INR 34.84 billion. Wednesday, shares of the company ended nearly 0.4% higher at INR 765.55 on the National Stock Exchange.  End
