NEW DELHI – Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. is targeting mid to high single-digit growth in its consolidated topline for 2025-26 (Apr-Mar), the drugmaker said in a presentation to investors Friday. The company's focus areas involve investing in research and development to further build its pipeline of innovative medicines. Sun Pharma will focus on developing complex products across multiple dosage forms, according to the presentation.

 

In the US market, Sun Pharma will continue to focus on complex generics and high entry barrier segments, it said. At home, the company will focus on continuously innovating to ensure high brand equity with doctors and evaluate in-licensing opportunities for latest generation patented products. In the emerging markets segment, the company will aim to enhance its innovative product basket, as per the presentation.

 

For the September quarter, the company reported a consolidated net profit of INR 31.18 billion on revenue of INR 144.78 billion. Shares of the company Friday closed nearly 1% lower on the National Stock Exchange at INR 1,720.  End
