MUMBAI – Ola Electric Mobility Ltd. has begun operations at its first hyperservice centre, where the company guarantees same-day service to eligible customers. The hyperservice centre is located in Indiranagar, Bengaluru.
Ola Electric is in the process of converting some of its existing service centres into hyperservice centres. It plans to rapidly upgrade select service centres across India over the coming weeks, the company said.
These upgraded service centres will offer same-day service for its vehicles without any extra cost. However, the promise of same-day service will depend on vehicle condition, eligibility of customers, service requirements, availability of parts, and "other applicable terms and conditions", the company said.
Lately, the company has also started selling parts of its vehicles publically through its website. It started work on improving customer services after facing extreme flak from customers over poor product quality and delay in providing services.
For the quarter ended September, the company reported a consolidated net loss of INR 4.18 billion on revenue of INR 6.90 billion. At 1322 IST, shares of the company traded at INR 35.18 per share on the National Stock Exchange, up 1.6%. End
