Promoter Bhavish Aggarwal sells 0.6% stake in Ola Electric for INR 903 mln

MUMBAI – Ola Electric Mobility Ltd.'s promoter Bhavish Aggarwal sold 0.6% stake in the company for INR 902.77 million through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange Thursday. He sold 28.30 million shares for INR 31.90 each, at an over 3% discount to the stock's closing price Wednesday, as per data on the stock exchange.
As of Sept. 30, Aggarwal held more than 30% stake, or 1.32 billion shares, of the company. On Wednesday, Aggarwal had sold 1% stake in the company for INR 1.42 billion through a bulk deal at INR 33.96 a piece. On Tuesday, he had sold 0.6% stake in the company for almost INR 919 million through a bulk deal at INR 34.99 per share.
For the quarter ended September, Ola Electric had reported a consolidated net loss of INR 4.18 billion on a revenue of INR 6.90 billion. On Thursday, the stock closed 5% lower at INR 31.26 on the NSE. End
