NEW DELHI – Accenture Plc. Thursday reported revenue of $18.7 billion for the November quarter, up 6% on year in dollar terms and 5% in local currency. The company retained its revenue growth guidance for 2025-26 (Sept-Aug) at 2-5%. Excluding an estimated 1% impact from US federal business, Accenture expects its revenue to grow 3-6% in the current financial year, the company said in a release.

The company has made minimal-to-no changes to its outlook for the full financial year, which it had initially guided for in September. Accenture had guided its revenue for the November quarter to be between $18.1 billion and $18.8 billion. Revenue in the November quarter reflects a positive 1.4% foreign-exchange impact compared with 1% previously assumed.

"We delivered revenue growth of 5% in local currency, at the top of our guided range, while continuing to gain market share," Accenture's Chief Executive Officer Julie Sweet said in the release. "We also strengthened our leadership in advanced AI (artificial intelligence) and deepened our ecosystem partnerships to help clients realize value," she said.

Revenue from the consulting business grew 4% on year in US dollar terms and 3% on year in local currency terms, while revenue from managed services grew 8% in US dollar terms and 7% in local currency terms.

Accenture's revenue in the Americas was $9.1 billion, up 4% on year in both US dollar and local currency terms. Revenue in Asia Pacific stood at $2.7 billion, up 7% on year in US dollar terms and 9% in local currency terms.

For the November quarter, Accenture recorded new bookings of $20.9 billion, up 12% in US dollar terms and 10% in local currency terms. This includes $2.2 billion in new bookings from advanced artificial intelligence.

Accenture recorded a gross margin, which is gross profit as a percentage of its revenue, of 33.1% for the November quarter, compared with 32.9% a year ago. Operating margin, which is operating income as a percentage of its revenue, stood at 15.3%, down from 16.7% a year ago.

Accenture has declared another quarterly cash dividend of $1.63 per share and has set Jan. 13 as the record date. "This dividend, which is payable on February 13, 2026, represents a 10% increase over the quarterly dividend rate of $1.48 per share in fiscal 2025," Accenture said. The multinational company had paid a quarterly dividend of $1.63 per share on Nov. 14. The cash dividend payments in November totalled $1.0 billion, the company said.

In the November quarter, Accenture repurchased or redeemed 9.5 million shares for $2.3 billion, including 9.1 million shares the company repurchased in the open market. The company's total remaining share repurchase authority as of Nov. 30 was around $5.6 billion, the company said.  End
