Temasek arm MacRitche buys 6.47% stake in PB Fintech

NEW DELHI – MacRitchie Investments Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of global investment company Temasek Holdings (Private) Ltd., Saturday bought 6.47% stake in PB Fintech Ltd., the Indian company said in an exchange filing. The Singapore-based company acquired 29.94 million shares of PB Fintech.
The allotment of equity shares of PB Fintech was pursuant to the amalgamation of MakesenseTechnologies Ltd. with PB Fintech, the financial technology company said. For the September quarter, PB Fintech had reported a consolidated net profit of INR 1.35 billion on a revenue of INR 16.14 billion. Shares of PB Fintech ended 1.1% higher Monday at INR 1,913.90 on the National Stock Exchange. End
