--IIFL Finance: Board to Thu mull issuing NCDs
NEW DELHI – IIFL Finance Ltd.'s board will meet on Thursday to consider the issuance of non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, the company said in an exchange filing Monday. The company's board in May had approved raising funds up to INR 100 billion by issuance of non-convertible securities on a private placement basis for 2025-26 (Apr-Mar).
On Nov. 26, the board of IIFL Finance approved the issuance of non-convertible debentures aggregating up to INR 20 billion in one or more tranches. IIFL Finance reported a consolidated net profit of INR 3.76 billion for the September quarter on revenue of INR 33.05 billion. On Monday, shares of the company closed 2.6% lower at INR 554.65 on the National Stock Exchange. End
