--Brigade Ent: Bought 4.04 acres in Hyderabad for INR 1.18 bln/acre 

 

MUMBAI – Brigade Enterprises Ltd. Thursday said it has acquired a land parcel of 4.04 acres in Neopolis Phase 3, Hyderabad, Telangana, for INR 1.18 billion per acre. The acquisition was through an auction conducted by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority.

 

This follows an earlier acquisition by the company in the same micro-market, which is now being developed as Brigade Gateway, Hyderabad, it said in an exchange filing. Earlier Thursday, Informist had exclusively reported that Brigade Enterprises had emerged as the highest bidder for a 4.04-acre land parcel in Hyderabad through a government auction by quoting INR 1.18 billion per acre.

 

Brigade Enterprises had reported a consolidated net profit of INR 1.63 billion for the September quarter on a revenue of INR 13.83 billion. At 1431 IST, shares of the company were up 0.5% at INR 890 on the National Stock Exchange.  End
