Food ministry invites proposals for conducting study on post harvest losses

MUMBAI – The Ministry of Food Processing Industries has invited proposals from consulting firms or expert institutions for taking up the "Study on Post Harvest Losses of Agri Produce in India", it said in a release. The bidder is required to submit INR 2.1 million as earnest money deposit in the form of demand draft in favour of Pay and Account Officer, Ministry of Food Processing Industries.
A scanned copy of the demand draft also needs to be uploaded alongwith the bid at the Central Public Procurement Portal as proof of payment before the last date of submission of bids. The last date of submission of technical and financial bids, complete in all respects, is Dec. 19, it said. End
