Trent Q2 net profit rises nearly 7% on year to INR 4.51 billion

MUMBAI - Trent Ltd.'s net profit for the September quarter rose nearly 7% to INR 4.51 billion from INR 4.23 billion a year ago. The net profit beat analysts' estimate of INR 4.42 billion. The company's revenue for the quarter was INR 47.24 billion, up 17% from INR 40.36 billion a year ago.
