NEW DELHI – Aditya Birla Capital Ltd. Wednesday said it has invested INR 3.82 billion on rights basis in its subsidiary Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd. The company said it has made the investment to meet the life insurance company's growth and funding requirements, and improve its solvency margin.
Aditya Birla Capital continues to hold 51% of Aditya Birla Sun Life. Shares of the company Wednesday ended 0.6% lower at INR 310.80 on the National Stock Exchange. End
