RIL Q2 consolidated net profit rises nearly 10% on year to INR 181.65 bln

MUMBAI – Reliance Industries Ltd.'s consolidated net profit for the quarter ended September was INR 181.65 billion, up nearly 10% from INR 165.63 billion a year ago but lower than analysts' estimate of INR 189.11 billion. The company's consolidated revenue for the quarter was INR 2.59 trillion, up over 10% from INR 2.35 trillion a year ago.
