BNP Paribas buys 5.9 mln shares of Sammaan Capital via bulk deal on NSE

MUMBAI – BNP Paribas Financial Markets bought 5.90 million shares of Sammaan Capital Ltd. at INR 164.42 per share, aggregating to INR 969.74 million through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange Friday. As of Jun. 30, BNP Paribas was not a promoter or public shareholder of Sammaan Capital, according to data available on NSE.

 

For the June quarter, Sammaan Capital's consolidated net profit had risen 2.3% on year to INR 3.34 billion. Friday, shares of the company closed 2.7% lower at INR 165.03 on the National Stock Exchange.  End
