BofA Securities buys 10.8 mln shrs of Eternal via block deal on NSE

MUMBAI – BofA Securities Europe SA bought 10.80 million shares of Eternal Ltd. at INR 329 per share, aggregating to INR 3.55 billion through a block deal on the National Stock Exchange Friday. These shares were bought from Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE, as per the data on NSE.
Earlier this week, BofA Securities had bought 8.20 million shares in Eternal from Goldman Sachs Bank through a block deal amounting INR 2.67 billion.
For the June quarter, Eternal had reported a consolidated net profit of INR 250 million on revenue of INR 71.67 billion. Friday, shares of the company ended at INR 328.45 on the National Stock Exchange, down 0.2%. End
