Jindal Saw says CCI officials visited co's offices in Delhi for probe

MUMBAI – Jindal Saw Ltd. said officials of the Competition Commission of India visited its offices in Delhi between Monday and Tuesday in connection with an investigation. The company has extended full cooperation to the authorities, Jindal Saw said in an exchange filing.
The company said it would keep the stock exchanges updated on further developments in the matter. Some news channels have also reported on the matter, it said in the filing.
Jindal Saw had reported a net profit of INR 3.64 billion for the June quarter on a revenue of INR 33.00 billion. At 1501 IST, shares of the company were down 0.5% at INR 210.50 on the National Stock Exchange. End
