HYDERABAD - Real estate developer Brigade Enterprises Ltd. has signed a joint development agreement for 10.75-acres land in east Bengaluru for a residential project, according to the company filing with the stock exchanges. The project will have a total saleable area potential of 2.5 million square feet and estimated gross development value of around INR 25 billion, the company said.
The company had reported a consolidated net profit of INR 1.50 billion for the June quarter on revenue of INR 12.81 billion. On Friday, shares of the company closed nearly 2% lower at INR 910.35 on the National Stock Exchange. End
