--Welspun Living: Sanjay Gupta resigned as CFO effective end of Oct 15
MUMBAI – Welspun Living Ltd. Friday said its Chief Financial Officer Sanjay Gupta has resigned, effective from the close of business hours on Oct. 15. Gupta cited personal reasons for his resignation, the company said in an exchange filing.
In a separate filing, the company said CARE Ratings revised the outlook for long-term bank facilities to stable from positive and reaffirmed the 'AA' rating. The rating agency also reaffirmed the 'A1+' rating for the company's short-term bank facilities and commercial paper.
For the quarter ended June, the company had reported a consolidated net profit of INR 875.5 million on revenue of INR 22.61 billion. Its shares closed at INR 114.02 Friday on the National Stock Exchange, up 1.8%. End
