NEW DELHI – The Securities and Exchange Board of India Friday said Sanjay Purao, Avneesh Pandey, and Amit Pradhan have taken charge as executive directors. All of them have been promoted from their prior roles as chief general managers in SEBI.
SEBI issued three press releases Friday on the appointment of each of these three officials as executive director. SEBI said Purao will be a part of the corporation finance investigation, recovery and refund department, and internal investigation departments at SEBI. Pandey has been assigned the information technology department. Pradhan will handle legal affairs and prosecution and settlement departments of SEBI. End
