Adani Ports' Apr-Jun consol PAT rises to INR 33.15 bln, beats Street view

MUMBAI - Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd. posted a consolidated net profit of INR 33.15 bln for the June quarter, higher than INR 31.13 billion posted in the same quarter a year ago. The company also managed to beat analysts' estimates for net profit, who had pegged the number at INR 29.7 billion. It's consolidated revenue for Apr-Jun surged to INR 91.26 billion from nearly INR 70 billion a year ago. It further said Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani will cease to be a key managerial personnel of the company.
