TCS Apr-Jun consol net profit rises 4.4% QoQ to INR 127.60 bln, beats mkt estimate

MUMBAI – Tata Consultancy Services Ltd.'s consolidated net profit for the June quarter was INR 127.60 billion, up 4.4% from INR 122.24 billion a quarter ago. The net profit surpassed analysts' estimate of INR 121.79 billion. However, the consolidated revenue for the quarter was lower at INR 634.37 billion compared with INR 644.79 billion a quarter ago. The Tata group company has declared an interim dividend of INR 11 per share.
